오늘 두번째 아침 수영 강습에 나갔다.

수영 하는 동안 힘들지만 강습을 마치고 집으로 가는 발걸음은 가볍다.

그리고 집에 와서 스트레칭 벤치에 5분 정도 앉아있다가, 인도 보드 좀 하고 그리고 아침을 먹었다.

이렇게 시작하는 하루

몸이 기분 좋다.

Q - What kind of music do you like?

A -

I am crazy about music

I have been listening to it since I was a middle school student.

Rock music has various sub genres such as punk, heavy metal, death metal, thrash metal, southern rock or alternative.

I love all of kinds of music. My taste is very wide from black music to extreme music.

Everyday I listen to at least a couple of CDs.

My favorate bands are Manics, NoFX, R.E.M, Pearl jam, misfits and so on.

Also I buy CDs steadily and now my CD collection is around 700.

When I feel melancholy, or it rains, I listen to music. Afterwards, I feel better than before.

I really would like to go to a concert. It's been a long time since I went to show last.

I don't think that music is my life, but  I believe that music is an important for me.

Today I was supposed to meet up KY and SY.

In the afternoon on my way to home from my english class I got a phone call from KY.

She said that why don't we having foot massage waiting for SY because she would be a little late.

I agreed her propose and we got massage after work.

Especially I treated my foot massaged.

Afterwards I felt my body was lighter than before. That was really cool and nice.

We talked about a merit of it with admiration again and again and headed for the butcher restaurant for dinner.

We laughed and chatted happily together during meal time.

I made my mind to get a shoulder massage next time since I always feel my upper body including neck is very stiff.

There are many nice goods in Costco especially I love costco pizza because it is delicious and cheap!

Because I'm always ready to take care of them.

어제는 곧 아프리카로 떠나는 친구를 만났다.

함께 점심으로 추어탕 먹고 영화 오션스13을 보았다.

그 친구와 이런 저런 얘기를 나누는 도중에 이승엽 얘기가 나왔다.

둘 다 야구를 좋아하므로.....

지난 일요일 경기에서의 이승엽 모습은 실망스럽기도 하고 안타깝기도 한..,,,,팬의 입장으로...그런 하루였다.

투아웃 주자 1/2루 오가사와라 걸르고 이승엽과의 대결, 무기력한 삼진 아웃.

작년 같으면 초구 공략 홈런도 많고 대개의 홈런이 미리 예측타격을 했다고 하는데, 요즘은 통 그런 모습 찾아보기가 힘든것 같다.

계속되는 부진과 요미우리 4번타자 로서의 부담등 이래 저래 힘들만 하다.

나의 이런 의견을 끝가지 듣더니

뜸금없이 한마디 한다.

친구 왈 "아니 이건 분명 K은행의 저주 야~, 박찬호도 K은행 광고 찍고 부진에 빠졌자나. 분명히 뭔가가 있어"

매우 그럴싸하게 들렸다.

암튼 에티오피아로 일하러 가는 친구녀석이 건강히 생활했으면 한다.
